Graziele Silveira Pinton

Project Development Coordinator

Born in Santa Maria (RS). He graduated in 2013 in Psychology from the Integrated Regional University of Alto Uruguai and Missões – Campus Santiago -RS. and has a postgraduate degree in Mental Health from Unyleya University. She worked as an intern at the Municipality of Santiago at CREAS (Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance), as a Harm Reduction Agent at the Municipality of Santa Cruz do Sul, working with children and adolescence, and as a psychologist at Social Assistance in Candelária ( RS). In 2016, she began her activities as a Social Educator at Instituto Crescer Legal and worked in this role until 2020, when she took over as Project Development Coordinator.

Taciane Lais da Silva Velazquez

Pedagogical Advisor

Born in Cachoeira do Sul/RS, she has a PhD in Regional Development from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul – UNISC with a sandwich internship at the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo – UACh, in Mexico, and a Master’s degree in Rural Extension from the Federal University of Santa Maria – UFSM, Specialization in Peasant Family Agriculture and Countryside Education, also from UFSM, with a Degree in Integrated Agricultural Technology from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul. Daughter of family farmers, she has professional experience in the area of ​​Agronomy, with an emphasis on Rural Extension, as an Advisor Territory of Productive Inclusion in the Vale do Rio Pardo Territory, and also as a Social Educator in Rural Management and Entrepreneurship.

Tagiani Brizola de Moura Goulart

Pedagogical Advisor
Born in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), graduated in Psychology from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC), with a Master’s degree in Education (UNISC). She began her career at Instituto Crescer Legal as a social educator in 2021, in the Rural Professional Learning Program and in 2023 also in the Good Entrepreneurship Practices for Education Program. Since the beginning of 2024, she has been working as a Pedagogical Advisor.

Adriano Emmel

Born in Vale do Sol (RS), graduated in Geography from UNISC, Specialist in Education from UFPel, Master in Regional Development from UNISC and PhD in Education and Technology from IFSUL.  He has worked as a social educator in the Rural Professional Learning Program since 2016, and in the Entrepreneurship Good Practices Program for education since 2020.

Adriane Partala Alves da Silva

Born in Curitiba (PR), he has a degree in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná and a degree in Mathematics from Uniasselvi (SC). She began her professional career as an environmental consultant, accumulating six years of experience in this area. In addition to this work, she worked in the municipal educational area and currently works as a Social Educator at Instituto Crescer Legal, dedicating herself to the Itaiópolis (SC) class.

André Tiago Skolaude

Born in Cerro Branco (RS), he graduated as an Agricultural Technician in São Vicente do Sul. He completed an exchange in agriculture at Deula – Nienburg GMBH (Deula German Institute of Agricultural Technology). He sought to improve his knowledge in Rural Tourism and obtained higher education in Environmental Management. Carried out technical assistance activities and sales of agricultural products and research at IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics). He has worked as a Social Educator at Instituto Crescer Legal since 2018 and has worked in five municipalities, totaling eight classes, a job that awakened his perspective on education, seeking academic training in a Degree in Rural Education, with qualifications in History, Geography , Sociology and Philosophy.

Débora Berghahnn

Natural de Boqueirão do Leão (RS), é Técnica em Agropecuária pela Escola Estadual Técnica Agrícola Guaporé (EETAG). Realizou estágio probatório na Prefeitura Municipal de Boqueirão do Leão/RS, cedida para atuar junto ao Escritório Municipal da Emater/RS-Ascar (Extensão Rural e Assistência Técnica). Em 2010 iniciou atividades junto à Cooperativa Leoboqueirense de Agricultores Familiares – COOPERLAF.  Em 2011 integrou-se a COOPERLAF, sendo eleita Presidenta em 2021. Em 2015 formou-se Técnica em Agroindústria pelo Instituto Federal Sul-Rio Grandense (IFSUL), Pelotas/RS. Em 2020 graduou-se em Ciências Contábeis – Bacharelado pela Universidade Pitágoras Unopar no Município de Lajeado/RS. Em 2018 iniciou sua trajetória como Educadora Social no Instituto Crescer Legal sendo referência em quatro municípios.

Maria da Graça Lucas Vieira

Born in Esteio (RS), graduated in Administration (Unisinos/RS) and Pedagogy (Unopar), postgraduate in Administration and Human Resources Training (Ulbra/RS) and in Rural Education and Regional Development (UNISC/RS), postgraduate student in Art Therapy (Psique-Famaqui/RS), master in Regional Development (UNISC/RS). Twenty years of experience in human, organizational and community development, currently focusing on female development. Since 2019, she has been the educator of the Nós por Elas Program – The feminine voice of the countryside.

Michele de Cássia Dzindzny

Born in the Municipality of São João do Triunfo – Paraná, she has a degree in Social Work since 2018. She began her professional journey by volunteering at a philanthropic institution. He worked for two years as Technical Manager in a Long-Term Institution. She practiced her profession in several public departments, of which she is proud to have been the first Social Worker in the Department of Education of her Municipality. She started in 2024 as a Social Educator at Instituto Crescer Legal.

Vanessa Ferreira Beise

Born in Candelária (RS), graduated in Rural Education from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), she was an apprentice in the first class of the Instituto Crescer Legal, which was based at EMEF São Paulo, in the town of Linha do Rio, in the interior of the city. of Candelária in the period from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, she was part of the first group of the Nós por Elas Program – The female voice in the field, and in the same year, she participated in the Awareness Cycle on producer health and safety and child protection and teenagers, where he worked alongside the theater, led by Espaço Camarim professionals. For four years, she worked in the Tenders Sector at Candelária City Hall, and in 2023 she had her first experience as a Geography teacher in the municipality of Novo Cabrais (RS). Still in 2023, it was part of the New Rural Program, developed by the BAT Brasil Institute. She joined the Instituto Crescer Legal team in 2024, as a reference educator for the Vera Cruz (RS) class.

Alini Luza Morais

Born in Ciriaco/RS. Professor of History and Gastronomy, master’s student in Education with a research focus in the areas of education, memory, eating practices, women’s work, knowledge and popular education. She graduated in History/Full Degree from the University of Passo Fundo and has a master’s degree in Education from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul. She began her career in teaching more than ten years ago and has worked at different institutions and covered different levels, from basic education , higher education, EJA and professional training. She started as a Social Educator at Instituto Crescer Legal in 2024.

Robson Amrein

Administrative-Financial Coordinator

Born in Roca Sales (RS), graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade Dom Alberto, with an MBA in Financial Management and Controllership from UNINTER and Specialization in Information Technology and Innovation from the National Institute of Education and Extension. He began his career in the Accounting area in 2000, before dedicating himself to the Administrative and Financial areas, working in companies in the services and transport sector. He has been responsible for the Administrative and Financial Department of Instituto Crescer Legal since June 2021.
